Cocoon Hotel - Pune

The suite I had featured a massive floor plan with a separate bedroom and drawing room, a bar counter, and even a microwave-perfect for my late-night snacks. Hot water available at all hours ensured a nice, comfortable stay without hassle.

The wifi was hit or miss.

My thoughts, in two sentences

Ideal for work-related stays, the spacious Premium Suite with a living area and kitchen was a good find. Staff were consistently attentive, with an amazing array of food.

We had a double room with balcony, the comfort of Senior Citizens plus microwave oven. We had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Cocoon hotel was really nice! The premium suite had a super spacious layout with a separate living room and bedroom. I loved the balcony where i chilled and had my morning coffee. The staff were really helpfull and friendly, especially during breakfast. The food was guud, with lots of choices both american and indian.

Only downside was the air conditioning in the bedroom was a bit inconsistent. The bathroom roof had a leak that dripped water on me sometimes.

The spacious Premium Suite offered a luxurious ambiance, complemented by a good breakfast buffet, showcasing a variety of dishes. The attentive staff, especially Chef Mirdul, enhanced the overall experience with personalized service.

Incredibly beautiful & comfortable hotel, absolutely perfect location excellent in house restaurant, sincere staff. Spotlessly clean rooms with a king size bed, good services. Climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television - very useful. Location really close to nearby shops, Magarpatta City, Pune, Maharashtra, and several attractions like Koregaon Park...

I particularly enjoyed the spacious suite with a sense of luxury.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the uncomfortable mattress, which left me with back pain each morning. I had to sleep in awkward positions just to find some relief. The internet connectivity was tricky. It seemed to disconnect frequently.

I almost thought about giving a good review, but this place refused to upgrade my room, absoluteley pathetic. The staff insists on checking bags like I'm a criminal, sooo unnecessary! Wi-Fi is a nightmare, it just woudl ve been a better experience if I didn't have to use my mobile number repeatedly, what am I-an agent?

really enjoyed our neat room with facility to accommodate large number of guests in eastern pune and the staff were very friendly.

Central location next to Cocoon for a 2 weeks during September, which seemed centrally located and the slope leading to the parking, it was in a safe area. Plus it was 5 mins drive from O2 zone...

Great balcony view, but mosquitoes buzzed around in the room.
